The frozen criteria

Effective July 2, 2026

Criteria are frozen and dated before a lane launches for one reason: criteria written down after the data arrives can be quietly rewritten to fit it. Frozen first, the criteria judge the data — not the other way around. Each lane below carries its own kill and graduate thresholds and its own gates, published before the first fire is counted.
